The Hathaway Condos and Spa Resort in Central New York intends to develop and offer 304 luxury homes on beautifully landscaped acres while maintaining the integrity of its natural surroundings. The two bedroom and three bedroom condominiums will be architecturally in harmony with the surrounding country side, which will be exquisitely landscaped with gardens and exercise trails.

The condos are individually custom designed. Owners will have the opportunity to choose a wood or gas-fired fireplace or German "Kachelofen" (tile stove), and walk-in Jacuzzi bath tub.
Interested condo owners will receive a free three-year spa membership with the purchase of the condo, which will include:
- free use of “state of the art” gym
- free use of sauna
- discounts on use of heated Himalayan saltwater floating pool
- discounts on spa services such as massage, nails, hair
- discounts on daily exercise programs such as yoga or tai chi
Condominium owners will have the option to integrate a personal assistant, maid service, cleaning service, room service, and breakfast club into their lifestyle. All personnel will be trained and bonded to ensure the highest level of satisfaction for the condo owners.
The Hathaway facility will provide condo owners with an expansive array of culinary services, including a first class gourmet restaurant and bar in the Inn, regular entertainment for the most discriminating guest, a German Schwenk BBQ restaurant and bar, a German Bakery and Café, plus a Convenience Store with a variety of products for personal needs.
